I've got the following time word from my device: F31F 1D6C. Bits 22-25 of this are 0101, but gpsbabel translates it as 05, not 06, which is correct (I captured this data on 22 May). I'm therefore inclined to think the field is from 1-12 and not 0-11. (The time_t struct defines it from 0-11, which is probably where the minus one came from.) Thoughts?
