SourceHandler::MyTAP

Hey gang,

I started a simple port of pgTAP to MySQL. As part of that, I wrote SourceHandler::MyTAP. Any interest in including it in the Test::Harness distribution alongside SourceHandler::pgTAP? Patch attached. I can push it if there is consensus to accept it.
