Well they're not quite the same - and they have different setup requirements - which means that the amount of code around them to make them do the right thing would probably be as large as the code I stole from EUMM. And I'm not convinced it's a public interface of Module::Build so it could change or go away without warning. And both of them do things that we don't really want in a test context (default behaviours &c). 

So I took those things into account and stole the code from EUMM :)
