Since we seemed to get it for free, based on the documentation of
TAP::Parser->new( source => ... ), I figured it was worth documenting.
Which led me to discover that it, euh, didn't work as documented -- but
I decided that it wasn't a bad idea to have, so I implemented it.  I'm
in no way strongly attached to the functionality, though.
