"TAPlug"s for TAP::Harness

In your non-Perl section, you have several TAP lines run together:

  1..3 ok 1 - init OK ok 2 - opened file not ok 3 - appended to
  file

(That's also present in an App::Prove example)

Other than that, the article looks great.
