Perl's not the only TAP source

I actually worked on this problem for a client last year...  and ran  
into the same annoyances.  Had to mess about with Perl wrappers to  
have a Perl Source that would honour the #!/path/to/perl_to_use .  If  
others are running into the same joy, could maybe do with a cmdline  
switch or env var to toggle that on/off.
