[ANNOUNCE] TAP::Formatter::HTML

Hi all,

Just wanted to let youl know that I've taken the liberty of borrowing  
some ideas from Yuval's excellent Test::TAP::HTMLMatrix and produced  
a more up-to-date TAP::Formatter::HTML, now available on CPAN.  I'm  
just fixing some missing deps so v0.02 will install properly.  It's  
probably still got loads of bugs (indeed, the test suite itself needs  
quite a few improvements!), but I've already found it useful - I hope  
others will too:
