As cool as this hack is, given the horsepower anticipated at Oslo, I'd
rather see us tackle some bigger QA/toolchain annoyances.

Test running time optimizations are low on my list of priorities.
(Despite the fact that running a full CPAN::Reporter test suite on my
Windows machine is long enough for me to grab a quick lunch.)
