unused functions in TAP::Parser::Source?

Hi all,

In my pod excursions, I've noticed 2 functions in TAP::Parser::Source  
that don't seem to be used anywhere but the testsuite: error & exit.  
I've marked them, but not touched them in case something external  
relies on them.  Any ideas?
