FAIL Thread-Semaphore-2.06 i586-linux-thread-multi 2.6.16

I'm not sure why it's a FAIL. CPAN::Reporter is just taking the
result from Test::Harness. Looking at the test output, I see that
t/01_basic.t doesn't show "ok", it shows "All subtests..."
When I test Thread::Semaphore on my own linux box, I see t/01_basic.t
has "ok". So I'm guessing that the problem is somewhere in Test::More
or Test::Harness.
You probably need to email the author of the test and see if
additional diagnostics are available.
