It's just an experimental branch. Don't go all code style gestapo on us. One
perltidy run and it's all settled anyway.
Now that it's in a place we can all see and commit to we can start fiddling
with it and work out some of the real issues Eric's been trying to go on
about. It also has the nice effect of pegging it to a non-moving TAP::Parser
branch. So Andy can experiment with the formatter without immediately busting
any parallel work.
