I don't even care if it's not cross-platform yet.
Worst of all:
mel:~/ack $ prove -j2
TAP::Harness::Parallel is required to use the --jobs feature: Can't
locate....
mel:~/ack $ sudo cpan TAP::Harness::Parallel
....
Warning: Cannot install TAP::Harness::Parallel, don't know what it is.
There's no way we should be releasing a version of T::H that taunts
the user.
