I'm also trying to work-out some API issues. TAP::Harness needs to be
easy to subclass and amend and these add-ons need to be loosely
coupled. Why isn't parrot's ./runtests in the distribution?

But as soon as you hear the Doppler shift dropping in pitch, you know
that they're probably going to miss your house, because if they were on
