But, it is terribly convenient for users.  I don't think our plugin 
mechanism should be as verbose as '--plugin TAP::Harness::Parallel 
jobs:9,partition:dirs' or whatever.  Probably some kind of config file 
should hold the extra switches and help.  App::Prove has pretty good 
support for dynamically loading add-ons, but it needs to be formalized 
and maybe a little handier (plus possibly something besides 
subclassing.)
