Tapping CPAN testers

Last night I subscribed to cpan-testers at perl.org (firehose) and
filtered it down to a dribble with a little script that looks for
results for test runs against Test::Harness 2.99 or later.

This morning I have 120 test reports. The eight failures (including
two from me and one from Schwern) all look to me like real failures
rather than T::H 2.99 problems. There's one UNKNOWN which passes here
for me.

All of those tests are from Andreas Koenig (the majority), Schwern
and me.

I'm quite encouraged by the results although it'd be nice to see
evidence of a few more people using it. It'll be interesting to have
a few days worth of history and learn if anyone else is using 2.99.

I didn't route the mail to the commits list; there are currently
probably 300 reports a day for us and that should increase over time.
If the consensus is that they should go to the commits list I'll make
it so.
