Cool.

Just hit a snag.  Right now it dies at the 239th distribution with:

  On 229 of 27008
Could not copy
(/Users/ovid/code/minicpan/authors/id/A/AD/ADAMK/pler-0.30.tar.gz) to
(/tmp/JTboztE3HK.tar.gz): Too many open files at testcpan.pl line 181.

Seems the File::Temp deletes files at the end of the program, not at
the end of scope.
