Too late. All gone. Nothing to see here :)

Essentially coderefs in GetOptions args and the bit of bodgery we had  
in there to defeat whatever error handling GetOptions was wrapping  
around them.

It was a silly problem to have anyway. We were triggering actions in  
App::Prove::process_args that should (and now do) take plan in run().
