Specifically prove -rb -Q for Regexp::Common takes 27 seconds  
normally and 33 seconds in -j 9 mode. I choose to find solace in  
Schwern's observation that Regexp::Common isn't typical. Can anyone  
recommend some nice I/O intensive tests to make us look good? :)
