Let's have plan-less progress show "173/?"

For tests without a plan, why are we showing

   t/foo.t........ 173/0

I think it makes much more sense to show it as

   t/foo.t........ 173/?

That "173/?" only shows as a progress indicator, and doesn't get saved  
anywhere.

Am I crazy here?  Am I the only who's been asked what the zero means  
by confused users?
