The TAP discussion is drivin' me nuts, so I can't help there.  I  
wanna get code out there.  I think working code is far more important  
than extending TAP at this point.  I'd rather have Test::Harness 3.0,  
then TAP 2, then T::H 3.1.

Otherwise I fear this will get dragged into Perl 6-style project doom.
