But what DO you want them working on? Why does it matter that people
are working on something that you don't like? What DO you want them
working on instead.
As it turns out, T::H 3.0 is going to use zero code from T::H 2.0.
It's a non-issue.

Aristotle was a friend of mine. Shlomi, you're no Aristotle.
If you want people to understand what it is you are trying to say,
you need to be able to summarize effectively.
