Yes, yes, yes.  I understand all that.  But installing TAP::Parser 0.52 
doesn't replace my existing file 5.9.5/Test/Harness.pm, so I'm unclear in 
what sense TAP::Harness "becomes" Test::Harness 3.0.  That's what I mean 
when I say I'll wait until Test::Harness 3.0 exists and I can download it 
and see for myself how everything fits together.

And that's my last word for today on this.
