One point of potential breakage -- if the final messages about
success/failure have changed, then CPAN::Reporter and potentially
other toolchain tools that look for those to interpret test results
with greater granularity than pass/fail will need to be patched.

Is T::H 3.0 going to be "wire compatible" with only internals changing
or is output format changing as well?
