The really great thing is that this is a ridiculously small list of things to get done!  (Not necessarily a small amount of work, but you know what I mean)  I think if we can work this out, we can pimp it in our respective blogs, Eric can bug pdx.pm and maybe tout it on Perlmonks as a "virtual pre-release proofreading party". 

Also, reading through the Test::Harness docs might be a good idea.
