[354] smokes not using bundled Test::More

I realized this by deleting Test/More.pm from my 5.5.3 install.  If 
possible, the smoke machines should do the same so we don't miss the 
case where we're unknowingly loading the installed Test::More (while 
believing that we've bundled it.)
