I do. It may be a corner case, but when I'm working on 2 different modules that
have dependencies on each other and I want to make sure they are both working
together before I upload them to CPAN (or install them) this is very useful.
I'll do a -I when running the test suite on module A so that it uses my svn
working copy of module B.
