Same here.  The problem is in t/number/integer.t

~/temp/Regexp-Common-2.120 $ runtests -lr t/number/integer.t 
t/number/integer......23555/23559 23559
t/number/integer......ok           
All tests successful.
Files=1, Tests=23559,  4 wallclock secs ( 1.80 cusr +  0.01 csys = 
1.81 CPU)
