I've identified and worked around the Mac OS problem we were seeing.  
In t/110-iterators.t we were opening an iterator on a process and  
then letting that iterator be destroyed without ever reading from it.  
That seems to trigger an edge case somewhere on Mac OS - outside our  
code I'm sure.

It's unlikely that real world applications will be creating iterators  
and then not reading from them - so I'm not too worried about leaving  
it at that.

Unless anyone objects - or has anything to add in the next few hours  
- I'll release 0.53 tomorrow morning.
