You know, Test::NoWarnings would help, but it's not core.  I'll give a
think about the best way to integrate that with our code, but do so
optionally.  It might be something along the lines of this:

Basically, we can add "extended" tests which let us be more creative
with our test suite (for example, automatically replace is_deeply with
Test::Differences eq_or_diff, if available) and make our lives easier
as developers.

Thoughts?
