[tapx-dev] done callback?

In doing a little more on TAP::Harness::Archive I came across this need. The
"made_parser" callback on TAP::Harness (btw, this callback is not documented)
works for knowing when the parser is created, but now I need to know when the
parser object is done parser.

Something about it strikes me as a hook that should belong in TAP::Parser since
it would notify me more quickly when the parsing is finished. Any objections to
adding one? What should it be called? done? finished? eof? end?
