Superman would like to thank all of you who supported him in his ride yesterday, either by cheering, jeering or donating money. £94 was raised for the MND Association through the generosity of the crowd.
   
  He would also like to thank all those who rode behind him and suffered his pants. 
   
  In addition he would like to thank those kind people who stopped to help him when kryptonite penetrated his chain ring and snapped his bolts. Not to be deterred, he RAN the rest of the route to the finish.
