Parrot/Perl 6 Project Management

in preparation for the summer, i've contacted all the Parrot and Perl
6 mentors and students with the final details needed to begin their
projects, made sure contact information has been exchanged, and made
arrangements for weekly interactive status meetings. here's a summary
of the meeting information:

kevin, andrew, and their mentors will attend the parrot weekly status
meeting held tuesdays at 1830utc in irc.perl.org#parrotsketch, logs
available at http://www.parrotcode.org/misc/parrotsketch-logs/.

adrian and his mentor will attend a perl 6 summer of code weekly
status meeting, wednesdays at 1930utc in irc.freenode.net#perl6-soc,
logs available at http://irclog.perlgeek.de/perl6-soc/today. patrick
michaud and i will attend as well, and will carry that information
forward to the weekly perl 6 design meeting, which occurs shortly
afterwards.

all are welcome sit in on these meetings, and may of course read the
channel logs at any time.


Native Call Interface Signatures and Stubs Generation

kevin is already quite familiar with parrot and he's on top of his
project. he has provided me with a list of tasks he has already
accomplished, as well as direction for the start of the project and a
fallback plan to keep him on track if things go awry with his initial
plan.
