[psoc-2008] first reports please (students and mentors)

Hi,

I am implementing the full text search for Bricolage.
The basic work done upto now has been to decide whether to use KinoSearch or
Tsearch2 to implement full text search.  After  extensive discussion on the
bricolage-developer mailing list and on the IRC channel #bricolage, we have
decided on KinoSearch.

The initial application was to use Tsearch2. The application to Google will
be modified according to changes in the plan later today.

I've also completed some basic reading familiarizing myself with subversions
of which I have little previous experience.

My next assignment is to fix a bug in bricolage.
