[psoc-2008] deadlines coming - mark your calendar

Hi all,

The mid-term evaluation is a couple weeks away, but now is probably a 
good time to mark your calendar in case you're planning a trip or 
whatever.

Mentors and students both need to make sure they can get their reports 
in during the 7-day windows.  If you're not going to be online then for 
some reason, now is a good time to let me know about that.

  July 7th - midterm evaluation
  August 18th - final evaluation
  September 3rd - code submission

I don't know what the forms will look like yet.  Sorry.  We'll be able 
to see them on the dates listed above.  I would like to have a few days 
before the deadline to remind you, so please plan to fill out the forms 
on the first or second day they are available instead of the last 
one :-)
